Beyond fuel cells, we design and deliver hydrogen refuelling solutions to support the growing hydrogen mobility sector. With over 8 years of expertise, we manufacture full hydrogen refuelling systems for transport, including compression, high pressure storage and dispensing. We provide on-site hydrogen production via electrolysers, as well as tube trailer refilling, delivering a complete refuelling station solution tailored to your specific needs. We have successfully implemented hydrogen solutions across a wide range of transport modes—including planes, trains, cars, vans, forklifts, boats, and buses.

HyQube- Our all-in-one hydrogen refuelling station offers a compact, re-deployable solution compatible with flexible hydrogen input sources ranging from 30 to 500 bar. Designed to refuel vehicles at both 350 and 700 bar, it features automatic filling via a touchscreen interface and can be configured for direct compression or cascade refuelling. The 700 bar dispenser includes standard IR communications, with optional dispensing chilling for faster fills, and comes equipped with two hoses to serve both pressure levels.
HyFleet – This is a factory-built, packaged hydrogen refuelling solution designed for medium to large fleets and commercial deployments, offering four compression options to tailor the system to customer needs. It accepts flexible hydrogen inputs from 30 to 500 bar—whether from low-pressure production or tube trailer supply—and compresses hydrogen up to 500 or 900 bar. Paired with our HyFlow dispenser and HyChill cooling system, it enables fast refuelling at both 350 and 700 bar pressures. HyFleet is engineered for high energy efficiency, delivering compression rates between 15 and 60 kg per hour.
Lee is currently CEO of Fuel Cell Systems Ltd (FCSL). Industry insiders often talk about Hydrogen’s Chicken and Egg problem: Vehicle manufacturers cannot sell hydrogen vehicles without a refuelling infrastructure; Infrastructure & fuel network providers cannot recoup their investment if there are not enough vehicles using hydrogen. The result is Gridlock! Our approach has been to redefine the Chicken and Egg problem as simply “Refuelling Infrastructure is too expensive”. Now that’s an engineering problem we can fix!
Prior to FCSL, Lee spent eight years at UK Fuel Cell manufacturer Intelligent Energy, completing his time there as Chief Sales Officer. Leading the global commercial team and launching Intelligent Energy’s low carbon hydrogen products in to three market sectors: automotive, power generation and aviation. Lee’s involvement with the hydrogen industry started back in 1995 when among other projects he supported the field trials of SOFC CHP.
